Arcade Facilitator Program 2026: Milestones and Bonus Points

Updated 11 October 2026 · by Vedant Domadiya, Arcade facilitator

Short answer: the Arcade Facilitator Program adds bonus points on top of your normal Arcade points. There are 4 milestones, from Milestone 1 (+5) to Ultimate Milestone (+35). Only the highest one you reach pays out, and only badges earned inside the facilitator window count toward it. A separate Bonus Milestone adds +10 on top.

The facilitator window

The 2026 facilitator window ran from 13 July 2026 to 14 September 2026. This is a different window from the season itself:

  • Season window (all year): decides your Arcade points and swag tier.
  • Facilitator window (13 Jul to 14 Sept): decides which milestone you reached.

A skill badge earned in March still counts toward your points and tier, but not toward a milestone. Mixing up the two windows is the most common reason milestone estimates come out wrong.

The 2026 window has closed, so milestones for this season are final. Your season points still grow with every badge you earn until the season ends.

Milestones and bonus points

Milestone 1618+5
Milestone 2834+15
Milestone 31050+25
Ultimate Milestone1266+35
Bonus Milestone––+10 (stacks with any milestone)

Games and skill badges both have to meet the milestone, counting only badges earned inside the facilitator window.

Only the highest milestone pays

Milestones don’t add up. Reaching Milestone 2 gives +15, not +5 + 15. The badges you earned for it already count through the normal points rules, so the milestone only adds its bonus.

Worked example

A facilitator who earned 8 games and 34 skill badges inside the window has 25 points from those badges, plus the Milestone 2 bonus of +15: 40 points. With the Bonus Milestone as well, that becomes 50. Badges earned outside the window add their normal points on top.

The Bonus Milestone

The Bonus Milestone (+10) is awarded by the Arcade team on separate criteria shared with the facilitator cohort. It doesn’t show on a public profile, so no calculator can detect it: if you earned it, switch it on in the calculator’s facilitator panel.

How to take part next time

Facilitator enrolment opens on the official Arcade Facilitator Program page. You register with a facilitator’s code; Team VR’s code for Google Cloud Arcade 2026 is GCAF26-IN-V6R-4ZG. Joining a facilitator cohort also gets you sessions, reminders and help from people doing the same badges.
